个人简介

苗圃,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,IEEE通信学会会员,中国电子学会会员。2015年毕业于东南大学信息科学与工程学院,获工学博士学位,自2016年至今在青岛大学电子信息学院通信工程系任教。现主要从事5G/6G无线通信、无线光通信高效传输技术、网络资源动态管理与性能优化等方面的研究,在包括IEEE TWC、TCOM、JLT、TVT、TITS等在内的本领域顶级刊物和高水平中文核心期刊上发表论文50余篇,授权发明专利7项,获得2023 IEEE ICEICT最佳论文奖。主持了国家自然科学基金、山东省自然科学基金等多个纵向及横向项目。长期担任IEEE CL、WCL、TWC、TCOM、TCCN、TVT、TCE等国际期刊和ICC、VTC、ICCC、ICCT等国际会议的审稿人。
