个人简介:

谢万峰,男,博士毕业于山东大学物理学院微电子学与固体电子学专业,现为青岛大学电子信息(微纳技术)学院微电子系助理教授,硕士生导师。迄今在ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical, Advanced Optical Materials, Journal of Alloys and Compounds, Optical Materials Express, Journal of Materials Science, RSC Advances等学术期刊发表SCI论文近30篇,其中以第一或通讯作者发表14篇。申请国家发明专利9项,授权6。指导本科生发表高档次SCI论文3篇,申请发明专利5项,授权2项。主持和参与多个国家级和省部级科研项目。现为ACS Appl. Mater. Inter.,Sens. Actuators B: Chem., J. Alloy Compd., J. Mater. Sci., Opt. Mater. Expre., Mater. Chem. Phys., Physica E等十多个杂志的审稿专家。目前,对外学术交流方面主要与新加坡国立大学,马里兰州立大学,犹他大学,伦敦大学皇后玛丽学院,卧龙岗大学,北京大学,山东大学,北京航空航天大学,上海交通大学,复旦大学,四川大学,兰州大学和苏州大学等高校和科研机构有着广泛接触和密切合作,优秀的本科生可以在寒暑假期间到上述高校短期学习交流。

1.有机光子学芯片的设计与开发

2.光电探测器与海洋环境检测

3.光与物质的相互作用(激光应用方向)

4.功能环境材料与器件

教学工作:

承担《集成电路版图设计》、《集成电路芯片封装技术》、《热学》、《科研方法导论》和《智能传感器与传感技术》等5门本科生课程。曾连续两年被评为青岛大学优秀班主任,2019年荣获青岛大学“十佳班主任”荣誉称号。
